The only new thing we know now is that if you preorder NBA2K13 you will get an allstar pack. The allstar pack will include a three point shootout, a dunk contest, and the rookie game. It will all be set in Houston. The dunk contest apparently has revamped controls.The whole experience is supposed to be new and unlike the blacktop mode in past games. Another thing confirmed is there will be no technical fouls because of the NBA and their rules. They don't want to make the NBA look bad.
2K13 is set to release October 2nd in North America and October 5th internationally.
Im also very interested on who the Cover Athlete will be. I personally want it to go to lebron because he has never been on the cover on any video game. I personally dont like him but i think he deserves as he just won his 3rd MVP in the last 4 years.

but 2k13 is looking good so far.. just dont like the guitar hero controls for dunk contest..
