Eight teams fired their coaches after the end of the regular season and six of the vacancies have been filled.

Only the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Arizona Cardinals remain looking for a coach, but the six others (Chicago, San Diego, Philadelphia, Kansas City, Cleveland, and Buffalo) have found their man that they believe will make the biggest impact on their club.

It raises the question � which coach will it be?

The Eagles made the most shocking move of the season by unexpectedly hiring Chip Kelly when an announcement was already made he was returning to Oregon. Buffalo also hired a college coach in Syracuse�s Doug Marrone.

Mike McCoy bolted for the bolts. Reid retooled in Kansas City. These AFC west teams now look for a fresh start.

In what could be considered the most interesting move, the Bears hired former offensive coordinator and Canadian Football League coach Marc Trestman to retool their offense. Trestman could be the ultimate wild card and earned a glowing endorsement from Steve Young on ESPN 1000�s �The Waddle & Silvy Show�.

�What a phenomenal offensive mind,� Young told Waddle & Silvy.�He�s a great game-day playcaller. I had Mike Holmgren, I had Mike Shanahan and Marc Trestman, and I would put Marc right in there.�

Trestman is not the only coach hired with a �phenomenal offensive mind.� Each of the six coaches are known for their offense. With the league drastically shifting towards more offense, it is important for these teams to start clicking.

Don't underestimate Doug Marrone in Buffalo. A lot of Buffalo's losses were due to Gailey's horrible play calling. A young offensive mind may do a lot of good to a team that has a lot more talent than people realize (as CJ Spiller illustrated this year).
