Hockey dynasty update.

Gonna be using NHL 06 for hockey dynasties from now on, as the NHL 04 dynasty mode screws up the necessary rosters and the game becomes too easy. NHL 04 is going to be left for the season mode, whilst NHL 06 - for dynasties. Rosters and first updates coming soon.
