Recap: What began as a successful road trip turned in to a quiet plane ride back to LA Sunday night as the Astros completed a 3-game sweep of the Dodgers with an 8-2 game. Pitching, offense and defense were all to blame. In a mid-flight interview, manager Don Mattingly alluded to a possible roster move, but that the person to be moved is not the only reason for the 3-game skid. "The whole team looked terrible in Houston. That's all I have to say."
Notes: Jerry Hairston homered for the 2nd consecutive day. Dee Gordon extended his hitting streak to 8 games. Despite a 1-3 day, C Josh Bard was optioned to AAA Albuquerque after the game. C A.J. Ellis was recalled from Albuquerque to take his place. Bard was hitting .095 on the season.

Interested to see the roster move/trade. ****ty luck with the slide...I just spent almost an hour and half on my offseason getting a trade for Ryan Howard, and others lol

Yeah, it hurt dropping three to the Astros. Wouldn't mind so much if it was against a better team. Can't get any production out of the cather spot, so I had to make a move.
