Minneapolis, MN - The Minnesota Vikings are favorites to go to the Superbowl in 2010 and they showed why versus the reigning champions in week one of the NFL Season.

Despite not having QB Brett Favre in the line-up due to an ankle strain, the Vikings blew away the New Orleans Saints without barely even breaking a sweat. Behind the running of star RB Adrian Peterson & rookie Toby Gerhart, the hosts put up 50-points and the abysmal Saints made back-up QB Tavaris Jackson look like a pro-bowler.

Scary to think about what will happen when a healthy #4 returns in a few weeks.

Like many of you, I am into my second decade of playing the Madden franchise of games - and having discovered this site, I am now going to do my best to catalog my experiences with Madden 11. I've started a franchise with Minnesota (my closest team in terms of proximity) and have so far enjoyed the experience.

I DO have a goal for all this...I want to up my skill level. I'm a 'pro' looking to go 'All Pro' or higher. I don't play online (I get waxed when I do!) so I just enjoy taking on the PS3 CPU and game-planning against it.

Enjoy the posts - and leave any hints/tips if you feel so inclined!

(p.s. Is the Table generators site awesome or what? WOW!)

Lets start with my depth chart shall we:
