In the Georgia Dome, RGIII burned Carolina's defense with his legs. This game the Panthers were determined not to let it happen again. Before the game, Coach Rivera had decided to start Russell Wilson ahead of Tim Tebow. Russell Wilson certainly wasn't 100% but his team helped him out to deliver a huge blow to the Falcons playoff hopes.

MVP: Jamaal Charles 10 rushes for 147 yards and 2 touchdowns
