Game Notes
NOTRE DAME -OK State loves to pass. Notre Dame can't stop the pass. This could spell bad for the Irish. -Irish must put pressure on quarterback Brandon Weedon. Weedon passed for 3400 yards with a 30/9 touchdown to interception ratio. -This will be the last game for seniors including Michael Floyd. Look for the Irish to get him the ball in his last college game. OK STATE -OK State uses the air attack but they also run the ball well with two halfbacks in Jeremy Smith and Joseph Randle. -Justin Blackmon (82 rec/1112 yds/8 TD) is their best receiver and Irish will try to lock him up. -The Cowboys also have a solid defense ranking #24 in total yards given up.
