Game Notes
NOTRE DAME

-Senior Dayne Crist will get the start at quarterback for the Irish.

-Defensive coordinator Bob Diaco has got to get them to play better. The defense has been awful. Linebacker Dan Fox has been replaced by Carlo Calabrese.

-Tight end Tyler Eifert returns from back injury.

Purdue

-The Boilermakers will be without starting running back Ralph Bolden. Senior back Sean Matti will start.

-The defense for Purdue had been excellent to start the year. Notre Dame's offense has totaled alot of yards, but turned the ball over to much. Purdue will look to force more turnovers.
