IRISH LOOK TO RETURN TO GLORY
Notre Dame sits at #21 in preseason poll

Brian Kelly believes that the Fighting Irish are primed for their rise back to the top of the college landscape. In his second year as head coach, Kelly has his system implemented into the brain's of his players. Well we will find out very soon if the Irish are ready for their return to glory. They have a tough schedule ahead of them. They open up against the rising USF Bulls. When they head to Michigan to take on the Wolverines, it will be the first ever night game held at The Big House. The week after they take on the #15 ranked Spartans in South Bend. Other tough contests will be hosting USC and going on the road to face Andrew Luck and the #3 ranked Stanford Cardinal. The preseason poll has been released and your usual powerhouse schools are at the top. Oklahoma is polled at 1 with Alabama at 2. With Heisman hopeful Andrew Luck, the Stanford Cardinal are 3. Surprisingly, Ohio State is at 6 after a rough off season filled with scandal. Notre Dame was polled at the 21 spot. A bad start could send them outside the top 25 quickly.
