The Notre Dame Fighting Irish has returned to the forefront of college football. Brian Kelly has gotten them there in just his second year. "We've been through a lot of ups and downs this year. We have caught a few breaks, survived a few scares but I'm very proud of the boys. Our biggest test comes now though." He is right. They take on the other surprise this year in the Mississippi State Bulldogs. These two teams actually make for an interesting match-up. Notre Dame has the 3rd ranked rush defense in the country while the Bulldogs have the 2nd best rush offense in the country. On the other hand, Irish has the thirteenth best pass offense in the country while the Mississippi State has the eleventh ranked pass defense. Should be an interesting game in New Orleans at the Superdome.
