where did i say it was the best dunk ive ever seen? your less impressed because blakes athleticism took him higher than most human beings and perkins defense carried him away from the rim. somehow blake was able to get his fingers on the rim. crazy display of athleticism!

Big dipper - why is it not a dunk? Does he have to hold the rim afterwards to be a dunk? (shrug). I couldn't care less what someone's label for it is - it was simply one of the most amazing plays I've ever seen on a basketball court. That said: it's a dunk.

I just happened to be listening to the Clippers Broadcast that night. Normally, I don't get the chance. That was the first time I had checked the Clips out this season due to a long overnight drive home.
Anyway, the Clips announcer just completely lost it after this dunk. He was speechless. I think it took him a couple of minutes to regain his composure.
But to me, the more impressive thing about that game was the last 51 seconds of the first half when the Clips hit four consecutive threes.
Let me go on record, that single game might have been the very thing that finally establishes the Clippers as a contending franchise. That was a Franchise changing night. All those years of suffering may be at an end.
And yes, I know about Billups; Crucial Player. But all things must pass. Billups will be replaced eventually. There's just too much talent on this team.
