'We was robbed!' Those words were once uttered by the Fresh Prince himself, Will Smith, when his Bel-Air mansion was broken into on the show Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Of course, the scene was meant as a comedic event, and not a devastating event that shakes your faith in humanity to the core.

My car was broken into on Saturday morning, sometime after 2 a.m. It was not funny, and, a good amount of electronics were stolen.

What exactly was stolen, you ask? My iPod mini and my work laptop.

I partly blame myself, as I left the car unlocked(something I swore I never did), but I also blame the punk that was actualy snooping around my house looking for a car to break into.

I'm pretty pissed off about the whole thing, but the event has only helped strengthen my stance against those I don't know. DTA. 'Don't trust anybody'.

So lock your doors OS, you never know when I'll be out on the prowl looking to steal a work computer from you.

That sucks Linty...at least your car wasn't damaged.

My dad has had his driver's side window smashed and his radio stolen annually for the last three years. He parks on the street at their house under a street light and without fail, some thug breaks in, with the last two events happening when my wife, son, and I were there visiting.

Crazy world...

Had my car broken into about 3 years or so ago. Happened twice w/in a couple weeks apart. They took my Rockford Fosgate 12"s, amp, and then the 2nd time came back for my CD player.

I had no alarm ... which is almost as dumb as leaving it unlocked
