Raining on my parade!

Tonight my school goes for State Title numero four in the last eight years! Blessed Sacrament Huguenot is a small catholic school located in Powhatan, Virginia and quietly Coach Mike Henderson has built the school that only has 500 students, K-12, into a private school powerhouse!

The weather though, is literally raining on my parade! The weather for tonight is supposed to be overcast with showers throughout the night. This hurts BSH's spread offense that has helped the team to an undefeated regular season.

Tonight they will face one of our hated rivals, North Cross, a small private school in the mountains of Roanoke.

Can't wait for this one to kick off!

Just wish the weather would take a bye week.

Good luck! The spread can still work in bad weather. Just gotta go for the quick timing passes out of the flat and remember this, in bad weather the offense always has the advantage.

I'll be there cheering my heart out.

It's funny watching all the kids run around out there and realize 'I' was out there just five or six years ago... and then I wonder, did the guys I played with always look this small, or did the kids in the last six years shrink a ton?

They lost 21-6.

They just had one too many athletes and our top RB/LB/P broke his arm and wrist on a screen play and that was pretty much it.

Sad way to end the season, but it was great to see the support the team got from the community.
