The Washington Redskins have traded rookie-TE/FB Dennis Morris to the St. Louis Rams. The compensation is a conditional draft pick.
Morris was a 6th-round draft pick this past draft out of Louisiana Tech.
The move comes to no surprise as Morris was unable to impress in training camp and Head Coach Mike Shanahan claimed that he would not have made the final roster.

If the guy isn't going to make our final roster, its a good move by Shanny to let him have a chance somewhere else before the season starts.

Exactly. Shanahan said there was no chance he'd make it and we can potentiall get something out of him.
