Redskins Add RB Davis to Practice Squad

The Washington Redskins have signed HB James Davis to their Practice Squad.

Davis was drafted in the 6th-Round of the 2009 Draft by the Cleveland Browns. Davis did not bode well for Cleveland's power blocking scheme, but seems to be a nice fit in this zone blocking scheme.

He Redskins have also released HB Jeremiah Johnson from their Practice Squad 12 hours after signing him.

I like James Davis. He would've been the starter at Cleveland if the coach didn't injury him.

Yeah, also he wasn't a good fit there; a better fit here.
