The Washington Redskins have announced the signing of HB Chad Simpon.
Simpson, primarily a special teams player, was waived b the Buffalo Bills after the preseason.
He was signed after the release of HB Larry Johnson.

I'm more surprised they (unofficially-hasn't been announced) signed Simpson rather than bringing up Torain.
