Madden 13. Yes or No?

So, I live in Latvia, where football(american football) is not that popular, and I started watching it only this season, last year I bought Madden 12, I really regret that I got it because I didnt understand and play too good, do you guys think I should spend all my left over money after buying NBA 2K13(great game, btw.

Madden 13 improves over 12 in many ways. Dispite that it is one of the most bug filled sports games I've played for some times. Too many changes in one year & not enough quality control in the process. Unless you're a big fan I would give it a miss.
