Activated to 25-Man Roster
Brandon Inge - Inge will take a spot on the bench, replacing John McDonald who has yet to be productive this season.
Jeff Karstens - Karstens will take a spot in the bullpen, replacing Jeanmar Gomez who has struggled from the pen thus far.
Optioned to AAA Indianapolis
