In other words, looking for realism as much as possible while having great games and realistic stat output.
So far, though, I've decided that:
-There's going to have to be some suction in the current engine - it just seems the player AI counts on it.
-Somehow, defenses for the AI just rise up to stop the run in the 4th quarter.
-Psychic coverage is a bit easier to get away from, but still - it can be questionable and probably requires having too much pass rush, though it seems both me and AI can get 2-5 sec in the pocket which seems realistic.
So, given those concessions, I came up with a set. The base is...I don't remember. I've tried so many that I forget who's I tried last. They are closest to Vaibhavp3's so I'll call that the base. The fatigue settings are based off jukeman's - but I'm still not happy with how many carries my HB is getting. Granted, Rice does have 90 STA so maybe 22 isn't out of the question for him.
As it stands, I'm currently playing a Ravens real roster based franchise as of Week 6 update. I've made a couple trades but nothing crazy. Once the sliders are settled, I'll probably either start over. Or maybe not. Haven't decided.
Here's the sliders so far:
Game Speed: Slow
Camera: Broadcast (not sure if this matters - but figured I'd mention)
Speed Threshold: 50
Fatigue: 100
Injuries: 52
Quarters: 15 min
Acc Clock: 25 sec runoff
Penalties: All at 10 (they are just animation triggers anyway. No matter who's sliders I used, I didn't get many penalties and most of them went uncalled - even with 100s in them. I MIGHT increase holding and roughing the passer later.)

These sliders just produced a 25-24 win for me as I kicked a last second 44 yd field goal for the win as time expired. Had to run a 2-minute offense with 1:23 left, but fortunately I had all 3 time outs. Ironically, I had to throw it to Clayton (yes, I unbanned him with these sliders) and he did NOT drop the key first down catch that put the team into FG range with :02 left.
The game had some of everything. Some big plays by the Pats, including a PR for a TD that put me behind 24-22. First time I had a punt run back on me for a TD since getting this game (or maybe ever?). Welker was annoying until I started highlighting him (like...Durrr) and shut him down for the rest of the game and then hurt him and he left the game for good. Brady had to scratch for yards after that. In the end, he did get over 300 yds, but only 52% completion and 1 TD with 1 INT.
Flacco was too accurate (73%) but threw a pick. Still, I'll watch that - maybe it was playcalling or I was just in the zone passing that game. Got 242 yds (7 yd per attempt) with 1 TD and 1 INT.
Rice had 89 yds on 22 carries. McGahee had more success - 12 for 72 with a TD. The CPU didn't run much, but Morris broke a big run when I called a middle blitz and the run was to the outside. Welker also burned me on a WR screen off a similar playcall and Washington missed a tackle and Reed - well, not sure what he was doing on that one. Looked like the last drive of the Bengals game all over again *sigh*.
But, a win is a win.
I'll have to watch the run game to make sure it doesn't get insane and also Flacco's comp %. 73 is just high for anyone.
