Many on this site have developed some really good spreadsheets to track stats. Having this info at your fingertips can help you spot problems in your pitching, hitting and also can help you make slider adjustments.
The only problem I had using them was they seemed a little complicated, at least to my liking. So I tried to make a spreadsheet that is as simple as possible and make the data entry in a logical order, basically the same order that you will find the data on the Box Score and Pitcher/Batter Analysis Screens.
Then I put the pitching and batting reports on separate sheets, so they can be viewed easily as well and compared to MLB averages very quickly.
