I know OS needs to generate Revenue by Advertising. I get that.
But so help me, if I see that stupid Helicopter one more time, or get redirected to Amazon.Com one more time...I'm going to walk to OS headquarters and personally stuff somebody's head up their youknowwhat.
This is sooooo irritating. I can't read a post without getting it blocked by a popup.

Thank you for saying something. I guarantee I will never watch World War Z as a result of this irritating advertising.

Hope you got Firefox or Chrome, Adblock can save the day. But yeah, its was getting to that point. Hopefully Steve can get this fixed.

Yeah, I've seen sites that were bad about this, but yesterday I had the same World War Z popup about 5 times in 2 minutes, before I became irritated and left.

I dont mind the ads on the side but the expanding ads that were popping up every time i clicked a new page made me want to rage.

I'm still noticing that some of the location/browser history ads are still coming up on active pages, such as those where we post to various threads. Encountered one that covered up the right 1/4 of the text box, and I couldn't see what I was typing.
Steve, we beg of you, can this be addressed? I don't mind ads and all, but when they are intrusive upon the functionality of the site, it's very very frustrating.

Not griping about the actual ads themselves - I understand the need for a revenue stream to maintain the site. It's the physical placement over working areas of the page that's inappropriate.
