What if you Franchised a City instead of a team?
For instance, if you Franchised The Reds in The Show, you'd be obligated to also Franschise The Bengals and the Univ of Cincinnati in Madden and NCAa accordingly.
But.. What you would really need, would be a City that has a team in EVERY sport that would be worth Franchising.
Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, and Football (Including NCAA).
And the rule would be that you follow a yearly calender; So that on the first Sunday in October, you'd have the last game of your season in Baseball, and a NFL game on the same day. Get it?
So name a city that would provide fun and interesting Franchises across the board.

This is a great idea! I think Chicago would be fun too. Even though there's no big university in Chicago you could use Northwestern or U of I
