Dear 2K,

Why can you not capitalize on your promises? We were promised art updates and have not seen ONE yet. However, customers are going out of their way to hex edit the game to make it look better and they do not see a dime for their work. They do it simply, because they love basketball. It's time to live up to what you told us you would do, EA is coming back and it would be a great way to keep fans that have been loyal to you for years.

Edits should include updated (and high definition) shoes, hairstyles, accessories.

Accessories need the most work. A lot of guys have gone in and made it so that the players wear white at home and black away (like most teams in the NBA do) to replace Team Color 2. This works great because we can then not worry about going in and changing this before every game. (Look at Tomba or Ronyellz rosters). Fix the issue with white accessories on the right arm, what is up with the black all over it?

Ability to wear socks and ankle braces at the same time. Could do it last year, can't do it this year, WHY?!

Hair should be 3D like it was in 2K7, natural and flowing, IT SHOULD MOVE if a guy has long hair. Made it 3D like Madden did with their grass.

Apparently players don't sweat, I know that's a small detail, but details are supposed to be y'all's specialty.

Look at Moddingway.com... these people are amazing. They have gone in and updated the art, but you can only get access to it if you are on PC. They do what 2K should have done. They have updated faces, hair, accessories, EVERYTHING! For God's sake, they have Kobe in his mask! Why can the fans do this, but the company that made the game cannot?

What happened to up******/adding new animations? I think y'all did this in 2K9 and I haven't seen it again since.

Fix the CAP hairstyles and facial hair. A lot of the facial hair is crooked and the hairstyles look atrocious. I must add as well, it is almost impossible to make someone look like a legit white guy. Everybody seems to have a black guy look to them.

That's all I can think of for now, what does everyone else think?

What you said was real. I could tell that came from the heart haha.. OKC away colors should be navy blue instead of royal blue or orange..

It came MAINLY out of frustration lol yeah the OKC colors are something I've brought up on Twitter, but they only discuss ratings, they won't ever respond to an art question.

lmao this is exactly why i didnt buy 2k12. It's like us the consumers ask for too much, but we don't really for a $65 game. Shout out to MK for up****** 2012 rosters for 2K11. I cant believe how they jacked up 2k12 this year, no way 2k11 should be better than 2k12 but it is. I feel your pain Jake, all you can do is wait what happens next year.

I know man, it sucks. I honestly, just wish they would live up to their promises and make the game as good as the consumers that edit the game themselves do. Thank God for Ronyell...
