NBA 2k 12: No Sliders for Association

I posted this in the NBA 2k Online Forum but I just wanted a consensus. I am not really an online player outside of OA but it makes no sense that every team catches fire easily and human players can have perfect releases yet shoot 50%. To me that makes no sense. I love the game but I honestly think sliders need to be made universal for this game.

Yea, we all know they are in the same conference and the same division. And they play each other every year. But who has a better argument than Bama to play in the NCG?

NCAA Gameplan and Playcalling

I am trying to get a consensus on how everyone plays the game against CPU and humans opponents. A Friend of mine was debating with me on what's a better defense and what's a better offense. I like to use the Multi D playbook with a heavy dose of the Nickel Packages. On offense I am finding myself falling in love with Oklahoma St. playbook.

What playbooks do you use?

Please understand the actual game before ragging on everything just because it's hard for you to win. Example, I like to play baseball games but I suck when it comes to situations that can either stop a team from scoring or put points on the board for me. To be quite honest I try to hit a home run 75% of the time which cause me to blow alot of games.
