JRT2006's Kansas City Chiefs 32-Team Controlled Franchise

Franchise Rules: As many already know, the game build is flawed in more ways than one could explain. I've searched endlessly to find workarounds to many of the problems found and currently follow these rules on my 32-Team Controlled Franchise:

User will cut all UDFA Rookies for all 32 teams in Year 1 based on current rosters (NFL.com 9/4/2011) and upcoming cut projections based on team fan forums opinions (FootballsFuture.com).
After Year 1 of the Franchise, User will trim roster to minimum based on OVR?, Potential, Age, and Performance
CPU will fill roster holes for all teams except the User Controlled Team
CPU will handle all scouting except for User Controlled Team Scouting
OffSeason Re-signings will be controlled by User using Shadox's 32-Team Controlled Franchise Tool (http://www.operationsports.com/forums/madden-nfl-football/507240-madden-nfl-12-32-team-control-tool.html)
Coaching changes will be handled by the CPU for all Teams except User Controlled Team
Free Agency bids will be handled by CPU for all teams except User Controlled Teams
The Draft will be handled by CPU for all teams except User Controlled Team using Actinguy1's Draft logic find (http://www.operationsports.com/forums/madden-nfl-football/507491-i-fixed-imported-draft-no-p-k-first-round-no-carolina-taking-qb.html)
Imported NCAA Draft classes will be used

With that being said, I will try to control this Franchise as real as possible with what EA Sports has given us (not much) and I hope you all enjoy. Keep in mind, user controlling slows the franchise playing down to a snail's pace, so bear with me as I try to update as quickly as possible. The cutting of players in the preseason itself takes nearly, if not more than, 3 hours to complete.
