Media Roundtable:
Jason Whitlock: "You have to think New York will get rid of Carmelo sooner rather than later, he is a cancer that divides the locker room. On top of that Brackins is better for the team in all aspects, he might be a little crazy at times, but a better leader than Carmelo ever was."

Chris Broussard: "You know I really like Carmelo, but its time to part ways from New York. It's not working out and hey, maybe he could get traded to the Clippers to play with CP3. Or maybe with LeBron in Cleveland to finish his career playing with his friends that he grew up with and the possibility of a championship."

Stephen A Smith: "What the Knicks showed down the stretch was absolutely, atrocious. Words can't even begin to describe the level of disgust. Look here, as team mates, as professional basketball players, of the highest level, you got to get past this personal beef with each other. Especially you Carmelo. Your window is closing and this what you show? Really!? C'mon man, put the team first for once in your career, and maybe, just maybe, you might reach the Finals, let alone win a championship."

Jay Bilas: "Cody Clarke of Indiana, Lonnie Wagner of Virginia, and Robert Johnson of Baylor really shined and I see that their draft stock is rising due to their recent performances."

Regular Season MVP: Lebron James SF, CLE
Rookie of the year: Mark Logan SF, BOS

For the third year in a row we get Cleveland and Golden State, and for the third time in a row Cleveland is taking home the championship. Winning in a classic game 7 finish, Lebron with the clutch three to crush the hearts of Golden State yet again.

Finals MVP: Lebron James

Andrew White lifts the Carolina Tar Heels to another National Title. Although down double digits late, White kept calm and continued to let it fly, and they fell. In the last possession, White came off the screen at the top of the key, even with Malcolm Bernard's hands in his face he knocked it down and North Carolina stormed the court as they win 88-87 over Kansas State. "I honestly couldn't see the basket, I don't even know how but, honestly I didn't know it went in until my teammates rushed me." A story book ending for the senior.

Draft Lottery: Miami has the number 1 overall pick followed by Philadelphia, and Atlanta.

Draft Prospects: A below average draft class compared to last years but still solid potential in the right places. There are a lot of high end defensive players coming from all positions, Jaylen Blount, Casey Hill, Emmanuel Hazard, Christian Howard, Malcolm Bernard, Carlton Rollins, and Scotty Smith. The top two shooters in this class are Matt Thomas, and Andrew White. How far will the talented VJ Brackins fall in the draft due to his off the court issues?

Draft Results Top 25 picks:
Overall as of 2018-2019 Season (Projected Career/Strengths)

1)MIA-Art Bayless SG, Virginia Tech 83 (Above average defensive player, can score when open)
2)PHI-Julio Phelps SG, Oregon St 76 (Major liability on D, otherwise above average scorer)
3)ATL-Dwight Jacobsen SG, Kansas St 73 (Solid two way player)
4)PHX-Leroy Bentley PG, UCLA 81 (Playmaker and team leader)
5)MEM-Jaylen Blount SF, Florida St 83 (Lockdown defender)
6)PHX-Alexander Blount PG, Florida St 79 (Reliable playmaker, but mostly known for "Jaylen's 1 minute younger twin, why did PHX just take two PG's?)
7)ATL-Andrew White SF, North Carolina 72 (Dead eyed mid range scorer)
8)LAL-Casey Hill PG, Virginia Tech 77 (Perimeter defender)
9)MIL-Emmanuel Hazard PG, Virginia 78 (Wreaks havoc on defense and spark plug)
10)NYK-VJ Brackins SF, Marquette 80 (Elite shot creator, very selfish, slight head case)
11)MIN-Rudy Irving PF, Oregon St 80 (Point forward also low post threat)
12)TOR-Carlton Rollins PF, Arizona 71 (Above average two way player)
13)LAL-Christian Howard SG, Kansas 73 (Lockdown defender)
14)MIL-Sylvester Hopkins C, Uconn 78 (Rim protector)
15)CHI-Malcolm Bernard SG, Kansas St 73 (Lockdown defender and Hustler)
16)IND-Luke Knox SG, Oregon St 73 (Above average spot up shooter)

19)WAS-Trevor Burchanowski PF, St Johns (Physical and tenacious rebounder)
20)CHA-Genwei Yee PG, China 67 (Average Playmaker)
21)CHI-Kris Jenkins SF, Oklahoma St 74 (Athletic slasher)
22)ORL-Matt Thomas SG, Texas 71 (Dead eye 3 point shooter)
23)TOR-Scotty Smith PG, Syracuse 72 (Physical defender)
24)MIL-Hal Simmons SG, Central Florida 70 (Average NBA career)
25)UTH-Donovan Kemp PG, South Florida 69 (Average NBA career)

Draft notes:
Atlanta drafts Andrew White of North Carolina along with Dwight Jacobsen of Kansas St, how will that first practice play out, seeing how White just defeated Jacobsen in the title game.

Younger twin Alexander Blount comes right behind old brother yet again in the draft.

VJ Brackins determined to prove that he should've went earlier. Side note, the New York media is putting pressure on the Knicks asking, "Why do we draft problem children, who aren't ready at the NBA level?"

Leroy Bentley expresses his confusion for drafting another PG for PHX says, "Whatever, I'll make the best of while I'm here." Sources close to Leroy say he desires to play close to home in LA.

2016-2017 Recap

Russell Westbrook PG, OKC win regular Season MVP.
Marvin Quinn PG, CHI wins Rookie of the year

Your NBA Champions are the Cleveland Cavaliers, repeating in a rematch against Golden State. Winning the series 4-2. As Lebron takes the Finals MVP.

In the college ranks, A legendary star studded Uconn teams goes down in their only loss of the season to Kansas in the National Title game. Ryan Miller of Kansas, went above and beyond the call of duty putting the team on his back scoring 37, as they go on and win 82-76. But the major story came from Uconn star player Mark Logan who threw his team under the bus saying "Some of the guys came in here a little over confident and weren't totally focused. Lets be honest." It seems that Mark was the only player who left it all out there on the court.

Draft: Probably the deepest draft with loads of potential in the right places. There is major talent in the SF, PF, and the C positions. Draft consensus have Mark Logan and Cody Jones going 1-2, respectively as the clear top two talents. Definitive corner stones to build around, you can't go wrong with either Cody the better scorer, while Mark is the better defender. They have never faced off in college but the media speculates, It would be comparable to Jordan vs Bird. If you needed a big, this the draft to get one, low post scorers in Leon Porter and Will Stanley. Reliable defenders and shot blockers in Brian Graham, DJ Drew, Charles Adams, and David Hobbs. The top shooters are reportedly Ryan Miller, Michael Moore, and Victor Brown.

Draft Lottery: What will the Bulls do with the number 1 overall pick, along with 3 other picks in the first round? The New York Knicks have the number 2 pick, while the Celtics have the number 3 and 4 picks.

Draft Results Top 25 picks:
(Overall as of the 2018-2019 Season)(Projected Career/strengths)

1)CHI- Cody Jones SF, Miami Fl 96 (The next MJ?)
2)NYK- Michael Moore SG, Uconn 85 (Wants to lead the league in points, volume shooter, self centered)
