YEERRRPPPP!

My Player mode is now called My Career. A lot of people want My Crew and online team play again from 2k11, is there a chance we will see it this year?

My Crew is something that our fans are very loud and clear about as far as what they want and bringing that mode back. 2k11 was not the best year for us online, although it was one of our best selling products our servers were not at all reliable with us at the time.
Last year we had a very stripped down version of online game modes and we had built the foundation up from scratch again. 2k13 is a continuation of that effort to make our online gameplay more stable.

Our first and foremost goal is to make online as smooth as possible, and I think we have really done that this year, but we are still building up. We didn't have time to add a crew mode this year, but its definitely something we will be looking at moving forward because the demand is certainly there.

It was a best selling product because Jordan was on the cover...not because of crew mode. I don't know anybody that pre-ordered NBA 2k11 and were saying "Oh Damn Jordan is in the game but I'm buying this for CREW MODE." Does SMH apply to this?

I get that "Real 2k" fans want this mode back in, but if it's broken it's broken...according to the poll on the front page only 22% of OSers give a crap about crew mode. In terms of business and focus group, if I were 2K and I saw those numbers I would say "Crew mode is gone. You mad, consumer?"

Of course it's business, if they cared...if they really cared about you and me then they would release these games once every 2-3 years and have you download updates and rosters for a small fee.

Here is a solution to your dilemma. Get up off your coach or chair and gather those crew players that you play with VIRTUALLY and go and play a REAL game of basketball. Problem solved ;-)

If the online infrastructure isn't there to support the features for Crew mode, why is that hard for you to understand? And how would they give you updates on stuff you would have NO idea about? I would think it's clear that features that make Crew - Crew - are the features that are not ready and take time to do and do right. You talked to the devs. YOU, of all people, know how they feel about Crews. And with that, you STILL think that they just blew off Crew? I think you're in a middle of a childish temper tantrum. No offense.
