2k's New Website Problems

I have been having some problems with the website, it shows my stats with my old My Player, which hasn't been played for a good month (File of that player is deleted.). It shows that my online rank is a 'Prospect' when I actually am much higher. It doesn't show any of my 'Quick Ranked Games' stats. Please if anyone can help me get the right stats and progress, I would gladly appreciate it.

I would like to know if any one else is having trouble with your teammates switching who they guard and they leave them wide open. It is ridiculous when you have to guard all the players since your team can't. Also the opposing team can hit any shot! Even if there is someone right in front of them with a hand in their face! 2k needs to fix this.
