I bought NBA 2K13 in something of a panic. I wasn't trying to grab it at launch, I wasn't racing a confused grandmother, in fact the Best Buy that I dawdled in while I pondered my decision was quite lightly populated. My previous experiment with NBA 2K11 was a moderate success. There were a few entertaining franchises and experiences playing with family and friends.
