Well, here we are at Madden Eve, in fact only 4 more hours till the midnight release. Now I have made my thoughts on Madden NF 11 very clear, so I understand if you take this with a grain of salt, but I am excited. This is the excitement of getting caught up in the moment, like when you got a new toy as a kid and you played with it constantly for a week thinking that it was the best thing ever invented. Then of course after a week you just kinda forget about it under 10 years later when you find it again and try to decide between trash and eBay.

I know what Madden NFL 11 is gonna do to me, I have read every review I can find, and know without the shadow of a doubt that I will be disappointed, even by trying to set my bar very low. But I will do it anyway.

I may actually have fun with Madden NFL 11, who knows, I have a tendency of getting a great deal of enjoyment out of repetitive mindless things (Dynasty Warriors). But once I find the first imperfection, the first horribly frustrating glitch it will become more of a chore than anything.

One may ask, and with good reason, why don't I just stop playing? I can't I'm addicted, I love the NFL and this is all I can get (And I lost my copy of ESPN 2K5 a while ago, so that isn't an option). With no alternative it will most likely be the game I play the most over the course of the year. And that scares me, that I know where I am going but there is no brake.

On a final note I have a little hope for this year keeping me entertained longer, as I do plan on starting a Dynasty for this site, so for anyone who has read through this, any suggestions?
