ORLANDO 86'S THE 76ERS, WIN 6TH STRAIGHT

Orlando, FL (AP) - Orlando continues its dominance, no matter where it plays. This time, the Magic smack down Philadelphia 102-77 to keep their hot streak going. As many teams have been able to do over the last year or so, Philly kept the game close, at least for a half. But, Orlando exploded in the third quarter. The Sixers started the second half with 2 quick baskets, cutting their deficit to 45-43 with 10:57 left in the third quarter. From there, it was all Orlando. The Magic went on a 17-5 run over the next six minutes to take a 14 point lead. Orlando ended up outscoring Philadelphia 35-18 in that third quarter, and it was smooth sailing from there.

VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS: Happel puts on a dunk clinic for Philly, playing well above the rim all night

Orlando's star forward, Brian Happel, took matters into his own hands, especially in that third quarter. He scored 13 of his game high 34 points, going a perfect 6-6 from the field (and connecting on his only three-point shot of the quarter). Happel was also a monster on the boards, grabbing 17 rebounds. He's also been doing better finding the open man - dishing out 4 assists in this one. In 2 games so far against the Sixers, Happel has scored 75 points and collected 29 rebounds. He's also made all four shots from long range. Overall, Happel says he's in a good position, "I think I'm in a pretty good spot. Sometimes when Coach wants to go big or small I'll move up or down. So, I get a little bit of a taste of those other spots as it is. I feel pretty comfortable with where I'm playing right now."

The other big story in this game was the injury to Gilbert Arenas. Orlando's point guard got hurt midway through the third quarter. X-rays after the game were negative, though it looks like he suffered a separated shoulder. Arenas will likely have to sit the next few games. "It's frustrating," said Arenas afterwards, "I don't want to be sitting on the sidelines watching my teammates have all the fun! But, don't you worry, I'll be back in no time. For now, I'm just going to help the young guys as much as I can." And, those young guys are going to be getting some significant minutes due to Arenas' injury. Wayne Washington may get bumped up to the starting position, and Cory Coleman will likely see more time. If need be, the Magic can also turn to John Salmons to run the point, and even Happel can pick up some slack.

Arenas had played well before getting hurt, scoring 13 points and handing out 5 dimes. John Salmons played well during his extra minutes, scoring 10 points. Dwight Howard was very quiet in this one, scoring just 6 points on 3-4 shooting and picking up 7 boards. But, the offense was able to score more than enough points.

Happel didn't have to wait long to get involved, connecting on this alley-oop dunk and hanging on for extra effect

As for Philadelphia, Bobby Lindsey was one of the few bright spots. He scored 20 points and cleaned the glass 10 times. Evan Turner had a solid game as well, scoring 17 points on 7-16 shooting. However, team leader Andre Iguodala could not find his rythm offensively. The Sixers small forward only took 13 shots, scoring just 13 points.

Shooting was a major story line in this game. Orlando was on fire, hitting 53% of its shots from the field overall. The Magic also connected on half of their three-point attempts (7-14). When Orlando is shooting that well from deep, they're a hard time to beat. Philly, on the other hand, struggled. The Sixers made just 38% of their field goals, including an awful 3-14 from behind the arc. The Magic bench also got the job done, outscoring Philadelphia 32-17.
