ORLANDO SLOWS DOWN PACERS, HAPPEL SUFFERS INJURY

Orlando outpaces Indiana in the fourth quarter, leading to a 111-90 blowout at home. The Magic had a hard time pulling away from Indiana, actually trailing the Pacers by 3 points going into the final quarter. However, Orlando really stepped it up on both sides of the court, outscoring Indiana 38-14 in the final frame to come up with the easy victory.

Happel's powerful dunk sparked a 29-8 run to finish the game

Orlando Forward Brian Happel had one of the greatest performances in Magic history, scoring 43 points and pulling down an amazing 28 rebounds, including 12 from the offensive glass. The 28 rebounds is a career high and just 2 shy of the record of 30 rebounds held by Dwight Howard. Happel had a double-double after the first quarter, and just kept piling on the stats. However, Happel suffered an injury when he got knocked down after hitting a three late in the game. Initial reports have it as back spasms, he'll likely sit out a couple of games to get healed up, with the Magic already guaranteed to be in the playoffs.

Dwight Howard also turned in a great game, scoring 22 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. Howard played well on defense, as well, swatting away 4 shots. Point Guard Gilbert Arenas struggled scoring, but he did dish out 8 assists.

Keep it coming bro. I feel like I'm reading the sports section in the paper. Job well done. You and gilla need to work for your local newspaper's sports section. Can you post up the remaining games on your schedule?

Hey man, glad you like it! It's pretty cool to do, actually... feels like a newspaper report after every game. I'm gonna keep stickin with it for as long as I can, so keep reading! I'm sorry to say that we beat your Nets 111-84... though I was out with back spasms so I didn't get to play. gilla is actually what inspired me to do my own version... Anyway - thanks and enjoy!

Hey Hapshoops I'm digging the recaps... Whenever you talk to the media after the game you should put that up here too, not sure how often those happen, im never really played my player at all... or twitter comments that your player does would be cool too.

Hey gilla, thanks! I like the idea of putting post game comments in - I gotta figure out how I could do twitter too, very cool ideas! Your Colorado State team seems to be kicking some serious butt!
