The Mariner finished April 20-7, which is good for 1st in the American League West.

Standings:
M's: 20-7, -
Rangers: 14-14, 6.5GB
A's: 14-15, 7GB
Angels: 13-14, 7GB
Astros: 9-19, 11.5GB

Michael Saunders came off the 15-day DL in mid April and in his first game back, hit a walk off against Oakland. The next week, we played 20-innings against Miami and lost when Giancarlo Stanton hit a three-run walk off bomb!

Here's stats from everyone who plays everyday in April;
Austin Jackson: .239, 3 HRs, 13 RBIs
Michael Saunders (missed 15 days with injury: .321, 3 HRs 9 RBIs
Cano: .284, 5 HRs, 18 RBI
Morales: .179, 5 HR, 13 RBI

Obviously, guys who could be DFA'd for a roster spot are Chris Denorfia and POSSIBLY Morales. But he could come back to earth.

LRP Brandon Maurer: 1.66 ERA, 25 Ks

Obviously the bullpen has come back down to earth... My top three (Felix, Kuma, Paxton) are all three performing Cy-Young-consideration-well. Elia is holding down the 4 spot and Youmg could be DFA'd if he doesn't pick it up.

AAA:
Taijuan Walker, Erasmo Ramiriez, Blake Beavan, and Danny Hultzen could all replace Chris Young. They're all on the 40-man, while the #5 guy, Jordan Pries is holding steady.

In the bullpen, we have Logan Kensing, Lucas Luetge, , Dominic Leone, and Todd Coffey knocking on Seattle's door from Tacoma. They're all on the 40-man.

Offensively, James Jones, Stefen Romero, Chris Taylor, Justin Smoak, Jesus Sucre, Franklin Gutierrez, Emdy Chavez, and Xavier Henry could all potentially earn a call up if guys in Seattle don't perform.
I pretty much just gave away my 40-man roster, lol

In AA, guys like Ketel Marte, Ji-Man Choi, and Patrick Kivelhan are holding down the fort in Jackson offensively. The pitching hasn't been too great, as guys like Andrew Carraway (former top-prospect) and Tyler Pike, Amthony Fernandez, Steve Landazuri, and James Gilheeny have struggled.
In the AA bullpen, Emilio Pagan and Jordan shippers have succeeded while everyone else has struggled.
