Deep Pitching Staff Looks To Propel Mets to First Playoff Appearance Since 2006

Queens, NY: They say hitting gets you into the playoffs while defense and pitching win championships. Well, the Mets have a deep pitching staff, both on the Major League roster and in the minors. The ageless wonder, arguable miracle of modern medicine and Father Time-defying Bartolo Colon is the most experienced of ... Read More

Before the week 4 game against the Bengals, Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert made an appearance on the NFL network, asking for an interview. Blaine had this to say:
"This coming game means a lot to me. Last year, Raymond [O'Neal] got injured, and I replaced him. In the AFC championship game, I led my Jaguars to a victory over the Bengals. Then, I led us to win the Superbowl. I think that, if I start this game, another Lombardi will be in Jacksonville come February. I was the 10th overall ... Read More

The Colts look to have completely remodeled their team. With a rookie quarterback, Jabari Burns, [77 overall] under center, and Peyton Hillis carrying the load on running plays, the Colts seem to be a new team. They signed former Jaguar Mike Sims Walker, who was released after the Superbowl win. He was not a starter, and head coach Gronk made it evident that Mike's time with the Jags was short all season. The Colts wanted to upgrade their defense, signing [80 overall] end Jason Babin to help Dwight ... Read More

In week two of the 2015 regular season, the Jaguars,0-1 (who won Superbowl XLIX), traveled to Houston to meet the 0-1 Texans. On the injury report, Jaguars cornerback is still inactive for three weeks. As for the Texans, they would have to cope with the losses of their star wide receiver, Lamonte Neely [95 overall], injuries to both the offensive and defensive lines, and worst of all, the losses of starting quarterback Zac Reed and rookie cornerback Jaylin Stewart for the entire season.

In the 2015 season opener, the defending/reigning Superbowl champions traveled, not too far, to North Carolina to meet the Carolina Panthers on a hot, humid and rainy day.
[Cam newton has progressed to a 90 overall. Antonio Gordon, a rookie halfback, looks to have a great year/career at 82 overall and already starting. The Panthers, overall wise, have a weak offensive line, and secondary, barring a 99 overall safety by the name of Taqwaun Benion. On the Injury report, The Jaguars will be ... Read More

After winning Superbowl 49, former Vikings Ryan Longwell and Steve Hutchinson both hung up their cleats, and joined Kareem McKenzie, as well as Rasean Mathis on the Jaguar's retired list. Heading into scouting, free agency, and the draft, the Superbowl champions team needs were:
  • Center
  • Left Guard
  • Left Tackle
  • Defensive Ends

Michael Vick scanned the field. As he read the defensive coverage, he thought of the highlights and lowlights of his career. Being a game changer in Atlanta, being convicted of dog fighting, going to prison, almost certainly ending his football career. However, just a month after his release from prison, the Philadelphia Eagles' Head Coach Andy Reid took a gargantuan chance on Vick, signing him to a one year contract when no other head coach or owner in the National Football League dared to sign ...
