Petco Lets Hundreds of Animals DIE!!!!

So, basically everything in their statement is a lie. They can't say "There weren't flood warnings", because flood warnings began Wednesday MORNING. Everyone knew that it was going to flood. It wasn't the sewage that backed up, even city officials confirmed it, the flooding was from the RIVER. Employees offered to take the pets home to keep them safe until everything smoothed over, and Petco denied them. They sent NO ONE as the waters were rising. It's bull****!

Also, released late tonight was another statement from city officials, once the water had gone down, they were cleared to go into the store. And STILL waited near 3 and a half hours to enter. What the ****!? I will never shop at a petco again. They say they are animal people, but obviously not. How does anyone with a soul NOT get those animals out of there, before, or even during the flooding. PetSmart was MORE under-water, and a manager there went in on a kayak and got those pets out, ON A KAYAK. In Dangerous waters. Seriously, Petco is a bunch of smuts just trying to make a quick bill.

And yes, this horrible flooding happened in my hometown of Binghamton. I live in the triple cities area (Binghamton, Johnson City, Vestal). It's a disgrace and embarrassing to have a business like this in our area. NO ONE will shop at PETCO again. They should just leave town NOW. Bunch of worthless smuts.

If you aren't upset about this, think about it, what if these animals were YOUR pets. Or what if YOU were in a cage with flood waters rising on you?
