Detailed Recap:

Week 2's top story is the Cleveland Browns and Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs were the favorite going into this game, especially since it took place in Kansas City, but Cleveland claimed dominance once again over Kansas City. The Browns ended up beating the Chiefs in overtime 31 to 31. Last year the Browns ended the Chiefs undefeated streak on week 8 with an overtime win in Kansas City! Déjà vu anyone? There were 3 other games this week that went into overtime: Tampa Bay @ Baltimore, Minnesota @ Chicago, and New Orleans @ Green Bay. All 4 games resulted in the visiting team taking the win.

Our next story is the Los Angeles Rams going back to what they know best: winning. The Rams didn't let week 1 get to them as they got their first win of the season with a 35 to 28 win over the Denver Broncos.

Next up we had the unexpected high scoring game between Cincinnati and Buffalo. Both teams not known for their offence, but it was their defense that needed to show up as the Buffalo Bills won their 2nd straight of the season in front of their home crowd 41 to 30. The Bills started 4-0 last season and ultimately came crashing down and missed the playoffs. I'm not saying this will happen again, but nothing is set in stone until week 16 is over.

Our final story of week 2 is the New York Giants showing some promise. Last year they got off to a very slow start which they were not able to overcome and fell just shy of a playoff birth. This year, they are 1-1, both games being divisional games and they looked good in both games. Perhaps this is their year to take the NFC East Division title?

Thank you everyone for reading and be sure to come back Sunday, February 17th for the Week 3 post!
