In todays game between division opponents the Houston Texans and the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Jags squeeked out a close win over Houston 13-10. With very little offense and defense paving the way for the entirety of the game, we had a low scoring affair on our hands today. Jacksonville just couldn't hold onto the ball with Jones-Drew coughing up the ball up 2 times and the Texans recovering the ball both times. Chad Henne threw 3 picks on top of that, with Houston failing to capitialize on them mistakes. Matt Schaub couldn't get the passing game going the whole game, with Arian Foster having a monster game against the Jags defense with yards.
What's going on guys, the regular season is finally upon us! This week, the Jacksonville Jaguars traveled to Minnesota and well, it wasn't really a close game at all. Jacksonville dominated all game from a superb defense and took advantage of young Christian Ponder to put him in a Sophomore slump. Jacksonville returns home next week to host the Houston Texans.
In the final preseason game for both teams before the regular season starts, the Atlanta Falcons edged out the Jacksonville Jaguars 21-20. It was a close game all night, with defense playing the biggest role in the game. With under 20 seconds left, Palmer of the Jaguars couldn't convert a 4th and 8 to get the first down and get within Field Goal range.

Jacksonville got the best of the Ravens at home and notched up their 3rd preseason victory out of 3 games thus far. Ravens couldn't really get their offense rolling, but no worries since it's only preseason.
