Not really sure how to troubleshoot ps3 offline files, since I never owned a ps3, or this game. I only know xbox360 related issues. Did you see the guides I linked on ncaa13 thread and search other YouTube videos how to transfer save files on ps3? It could also be USB flash drive causing issues. I'm still using a really old 10yr old 4gb flash drive for xbox360, so it's possible that could be causing issues. Sorry I can't help more but i don't own a ps3.
