Welcome to Cheyanne, Wyoming! A new college football program has taken over the state as Wyoming State University has finally created a football program to compete in the Mountain West Conference. The Grizzlies will skip the FCS and move straight to Division I FBS as the rest of the athletic department was making the jump this upcoming year.
