So I am not gonna try to tell the Dev's how to fix game play issues, I dont know what more to tell them on these issues....I think they already know them all.
These are what I would call easy things to add or fix, just suggestions I think would make the game better...IMO
ROSTERS:
* A working I.R.
* Make Formation Substitutions a Menu item, like Depth Chart,
and include all Formations, especially Special Teams.
* Double or triple or even quadruple the number of Faces available to Rookies and Created players.
* Full Player Editing available in Franchise modes, including Ratings ! And I mean every option available in Create-a-Player.........Height / Weight / Skin color / faces / hair / body sizes.
* Re-Spread out the player ratings again, and keep it that way through the season, especially when doing roster updates.
* Faces added for created players... for roster pic's and pop-ups ....(No Blank Silhouettes ever !)
* Fix player Hold-outs, it seems to be in the '10 game, but there is not an indication to the user that this is happening.
* Expand all areas of Roster sizes. Draft classes should have alot of players left over when the draft is done...NCAA has 60 players per team avg x 117 teams (like 7000 player files) Madden has 55 x 32 (1800 players files) so cant we have like atleast a 1000 or more Free Agents player files instead of a couple hundred ?
EQUIPMENT:
* Shoes selections (colored stripes/highlights) on an individual player edit......Keep team selection as either Black or White Shoe.
* Add in some Neck Braces....(many were worn in the NFL in '09.)
* Add Bicep location on player arms for Thin armbands. (again many in NFL wear these)
* Ankle Tape....Lower the Bulky Tape (make it not look like a booty) And maybe rename them to Low Tape, High Tape.
* Expand the Pad Height range. When the slider is all the way to the left, the pads should be tiny.
* Hand Warmer is too small.
GENERAL ODDS n ENDS:
* Create-A-Coach !!! Like create-a-player, including options for coaching apparel and accessories.
* Let us change all aspects of coaching options (schemes/depth charts...all the options in the menus for coaching) for all 32 teams even when only "running" one team in Franchise mode. Maybe call it Commissioner options.
* Do away with some of the "Awards"...the NFL only recognizes a few really. NFL MVP, Fed-Ex Air/Ground players of the year, OFF/DEF rookies of the year.... are the main ones from the NFL....everyone else is lumped into Pro-Bowl or Not.
* Free Agent signing in the off-season broke into 2 parts. Have 15 days before the NFL Draft, then another 15 days after the Draft.
* Option to run accelerated clock for the whole game (including 2 minute warning periods)
* Option to Retire Jersey numbers
* Option to select/mark "retiring players" for future coaching
candidates
* Make current NFL stadiums editable....Instead of the fake upgrades in the off-season stuff, let us add luxury boxes or endzones or whatever, and have them really IN the game !
* Team Records....You got the NFL Records up to par, now time to add in each teams (maybe Top 5) in all of those same catagories.
* Fix Pre-Made draft classes realism...I looked at some of the classes. One class had 20 players with a 4.29 or under time in the 40 yd dash....thats not realism.
Enough for now....................maybe more in the future
