It's all about the Negatives...

I mostly come to these forums for the Madden and NCAA threads, so I can only speak for those two area's.....But lately the growing trend is............. all about the Negatives !
The only threads that truely gather the most interest, are just full of negativity. These negative posts almost always turn into the banter of those that think the game is bad, and those that defend the game............it's basically that simple.
Call it the Good vs. Evil or any other cliche you can think of, its all crap to me. So then these wonderful posts turn into the Good guys being labeled EA Fanboys, and the Evil guys are labeled Haters ! Oh how sweet it is to be an adult !
Now about the Fanboys..... how is this suppose to be insulting, considering we are in a MADDEN Forum ? I would suggest if you dont like Madden, dont go to the Forum about Madden. I mean do you really think posting complaints and negative comments about Madden, would be ok with Madden fans ?
What world do you live in ?
Or was that your real intention to begin with...??

Now the problem with all the Haters is, they get all the attention !
They come here, spew out this and that...and boom, everyone responds ! Then the battle for thread, point/counterpoint begins.
But I still dont understand why they come in here, or feel they must leave their comments so much. I mean where else in life is this done on a daily basis ? It's out of hand at this point I think...so here is my solution !

If you see a post just talking about the negatives, like it's just looking to incite a fight !
IGNORE IT.....dont respond....dont waste your time..... !!
Maybe if we start to ignore them, rather than feed them, they might just go away.

As I age, I find that it's true of our society to complain more than to just enjoy things for what they are. Like it's the next step in the evolution of the "squeaky wheel gets the grease" way of life.

Message boards/forums of all types tend to magnify this (though the OS tends to be more upbeat than alot of other joints I frequent). A wise friend of man gave me the best perspective of this when he pointed out that most message boards are not a microcosom of opinions but a tiny sampling of the most extremes on a subject.
