The Blue Jays drop their 2nd straight to the Rays on a sloppily fielded game by a score of 8-5. Drew Hutchison did not pitch well tonight. He hung a slider in the 2nd to Upton that resulted in a 3-run shot to left.

The Jays made a run in the 7th inning but came up short. The Jays fall back into a tie for the bottom of the AL East with the Rays, 10.5 games behind the Red Sox.

The next Jays game will be Friday, May 25th at Texas. The Rangers will send Neftali Feliz (6-1, 2.80 ERA) to the mound and the Jays will counter with Brandon Morrow (5-2, 1.96 ERA).
