WWE 2K14 Early Preview Event Stuck

On May 22nd and 23rd, I'll be flying to 2K Sports to see an early build of WWE 2K14. I'll have an opportunity to try out many of the modes, ask questions and get a general feel of what we should be expecting as the WWE series moves on to 2K Sports from THQ.

This is where you come in, I'll be there early enough where your voice could actually be heard by the WWE Games team, and questions/concerns/ideas/suggestions you have could be answered and/or used. What I need you to do is in the comment section below, post what you'd like me to ask or look for. Obviously, if you ask me roster questions or stuff covered under the NDA I have signed, that I can't answer those until the time is right. So don't waste time posting "Is John Cena in the game?", as you know I can't tell you yes or no. Also don't use this space for non-constructive comments, those don't help anyone and only clog the space when I'm presenting this to the developers.

So here's your chance, it's a new start for the franchise over at 2K Sports, let your voice be heard and have an input on the future of this series.

I have one more question..

Will Universe Mode have it's own separate save file? If so, will u be able to create multiple save files and make different Universes with it (similar to other 2K Sports titles and their game modes).

1. As others have said, have slider options been expanded upon to give the user more control over customizing gameplay to individual preferences?
2. Will users have full control over camera options or are these predefined and fixed as in past entries in the series?
3. Will tendencies or any form of customizeable player logic be implemented, for either in game or created wrestlers as a way of differentiating characters and making them more representative of their real-life counterparts?
4. Will the game make use of the 2K Sports VIP system which recorded player tendencies and used it as AI profiles for players to compete against?
5. Is any portion of the computer AI built on adaptive logic? (Will wrestlers always use the same approach to a match or will they adapt to player input and tendencies?)
6. Without getting too specific, any chance of a mode allowing for career progression and career milestones?
7. Will locker room chemistry and backstage / locker room management make an appearance in any game mode?
8. What percentage of features and content can be considered "new"?
9. What areas of the game have benefited most from 2K Sports involvement? How involved has 2K been in the development process?
10. Can players look forward to any radical departures for the series this year that are significantly different than past games in the series?

Can we decide in pre-match options on which wrestler makes their entrance first (i.e. Who comes down the aisle first)? This may be minor to some but especially in championship matches, The Champion should NOT be coming down the aisle first. The challenger should be first. Yeah, I'm old-school. LOL!

1)Will the game come out for PC like most other 2k games?
2)Will we get more than 50 caw slots?
3)Can we import entrance videos or caw renders this year?
4)Have them improved the AI finisher logic, so they don't just attempt to do OMG moves all match long?

What is 2K's touch on the game and how much influence do they have on basically Yukes' WWE 14?

I ask this because I want to know if a myPlayer is put in or Universe/GM mode fusion is in the game(basically association mode)

Are ratings at all changed?

Are there actual sliders (like 2K, Madden, NCAA has) and not sliders that barely effects the AI at all.

Unfortunately there won't be an article up for awhile. I'm under a strict NDA. What I can tell you is that every concern mentioned here and to me on twitter was raised to the developers. We held nothing back in asking and looking for issues. Game is looking great and I can share more when the time is right. Right now just be patient and know your concerns have been raised directly to the team.

Will a finisher actually finish off someone in a head to head game. The last three versions of this game it was just way to easy for people to kick out of multiple finishers. I can understand when you have a match like Rock vs Cena or whatever it's going to take more than one finisher but when people are performing 20 finishers and guys are still getting up it just makes for a tedious boring experience. Someone must give up.


What has been done to make the game actually feel like you are in the arena?

What has been implemented in terms of variable weapon damage? Here I have in mind some weapons should do more damage than others. And even the same weapon should do different damage depending on where it lands. So a chair to the back for instance may not have the same effect as say a chair to the head.

Will we finally have blood in online matches? At least have it for a first blood match online?
