PSN Outage
Posted on May 14, 2011 at 06:50 PM.
With news released today that Reuters had discovered that Sony's online system is susceptible to additional security breaches, what will gamers do if the PSN outage lasts through June? Although I haven't read anything to suggest that the outage will last that long, I have read nothing that says it won't.

I know there are a large number of people who aren't online gamers. However, if the PSN outage lasts longer than expected, let's say when NCAA 12 releases, this could have a major impact. How? I, for one, am a huge advocate of uploading edited rosters through the EA Locker. What if we cannot access these rosters? Although it doesn't impact the gameplay, how would it impact you if you could not access the bonus items that online accessibility offers?

I, for one, hope this issue gets resolved by the end of the month. But if it doesn't, or another hack occurs where PSN has to be shut down again, what will gamers do?

Your blog that said NOTHING and only posed an irrelevant question has now become even more irrelevant. That being said, I know I should not feed the TROLLS, but it looks like they are starting to roll out the PSN service. I guess it won't be in June! Ridiculous.

My point was to find out how it would impact sports gamers if they didn't have access to PSN. In reading several articles throughout the internet, I was anticipating an longer wait for PSN's return. Well, this was all for naught...
