My Favorite Time of Year -- E3 on the Horizon

As a gamer, this time of year is my favorite. I love sports games so details have already started rolling out for NCAA 12 and Madden 12. But beyond that, the reason this is my favorite time of the year is E3.

I have followed E3 since its inception either through magazines, the internet and most recently on G4. E3 is the Super Bowl of video game announcements. Rumors are already floating around about potential announcements for the next-generation of consoles (hard to believe that the 360 has been around for close to six years and the PS3 five years).

What information are you hoping to hear / read about from E3 and what games are you excited about?
