What Dallas Must do to win Week 2

Hell everyone, Just wanted to analyze the Cowboys bears game a bit, and break down some things and get your opinions as well.

Dallas plays chicago week 2,

And after what I saw week 1 with Dallas, they have to work on a lot of things if they plan on winning this game.

1)Dallas must Limit the Penalties

-This kills us every year. And if this trend continues it will give the bears plenty of chances to hit home runs. This is by far our biggest problem on defense and offense. It has prolonged drives that should have died, and killed drives for Dallas. it is something that shouldn't happen at all. If dallas has 10+ penalties this game, I can see them losing.

2)Offense Needs to take more chances
-So our Oline isn't 100% solid and Garret may not trust them. So what? If the defense knows we are going to nickle and dime them all day they will adjust accordingly. At some point there needs to be some shots taken down field. We didn't do it till too late in week 1 and by that time it didn't matter.

3)Defense needs to get in Jay Cutlers Face
- We saw what the Lions pass rush did against Jay Cutler. They are clearly having line issues. The Beauty of our secondary is it has enough speed to match the WRs of the Bears. So take chances. Get pressure on Cutler. If he is given time to sit in the pocket all day, the game can end up being a lot closer then it needs to be. The one thing they need to do is watch the screen pass to the HB because the Bears have been running that play successfully since pre-season. So as long as they bring a decent amount of pressure without over pursuing they will do well.

4)Run the ball more!!!!!!! (this one is on Jason Garrett)
-We have a 3 headed monster, a luxury most teams do not have. So why is it every time we successfully establish the run, Jason Garrett goes away from it, and never really gets around to running the ball again?

Barber had 8 carries felix had 8carries and choice had 5carries. Thats a good balance sure, but that's also only 21 carries total between all 3 of them. Far to few for an entire team. Especially when had some good runs against Washington. We need to get back to what we do best. And not only that, Running the ball helps out the O-line. Ask any O-lineman in the league. They LOOVE to run block. its one of the only times they can dish out some punishment on the defense.

5)(Last but not least) Force some turnovers
-We are lucky to enjoy speed on our defense from top to bottom (except brooking lol). But our secondary takes far to few chances at getting an Interception. The one time they did get an interception (terrance newman made a great play on the ball) but the defense destroyed it by getting an illegal contact penalty. Its good to play it safe and not get torched. But Our DBs are very talented, and Odds are if they take a chance, they will have help.
