Madden 10 - Wishlist / 3-4 defense and franchise mode

Guys first thing that I would like to say is that I think EA is heading in the right direction to make this a better game for the hardcore gamers and ****** gamers. First off I would like to look at the Franchise mode and a few things I would like to see in the game.
