Titans Get Controversial Win

The Titans defeated the Giants in a do-over game 35-28. The first game was disconnected when the Titans were trailing 31-16 late in the 3rd quarter. In the do-over game, however, the Titans took vengeance and jumped out to a 14-0 lead on a 38 yard pass and a 80 yard run by Chris Johnson. The 2nd quarter was all New York, as they tied the game up with time ticking down in the 2nd quarter on passes to Mario Manningham and Kevin Boss. The Giants continued to scorch the Titans defense in the 3rd quarter on a 93 yard drive capped off by a Brandon Jacobs touchdown run. The Titans answered back on a screen pass to Chris Johnson to tie it up 21-21. Shortly after, however, the Giants took the lead on a 38 yard pass to a wide open Mario Manningham. With their backs against the wall, the Titans tied the game on a 40 yard run by Chris Johnson. After a few defensive stops, the Titans then drove all the way down the field and punched it in on a toss to Chris Johnson just after the 2 minute warning. The game was far from over, though. The Giants ran their 2 minute offense, and, after a controversial catch by Kevin Boss which put them at the Titans 35, Ahmad Bradshaw coughed the ball up and Julian Peterson recovered to seal the game.

NOTES: Chris Johnson did it all himself. He had 272 yards and 3 touchdowns rushing, and 38 yards and 2 touchdowns receiving. Fumbles were the Giants' demise, tas hey coughed it up 3 times.

No video this week, the game froze when I was making highlights and was only able to make 3.
