The Sim Experience

There is a lot of debate on these forums about "sim style" gameplay. If you go online, (on PS3 or 360) there is probably a 70%-80% (pulled that number out of my behind) chance that you will encounter someone who is a "cheeser." In my experience with Madden 10, that number was 100%. I played somewhere around 30 games before I got fed up with it. Fast forward about 6 months or so, where I find the OS Vets league here on OS. I requested to be in the league but from reading the thread, didnt think I had much of a shot to be accepted. Well low and behold, I was scheduled for a tryout game sometime after. I played the commish of the league and it was the best "sim" experience I have ever had in a game of Madden while playing a human. It was a defensive struggle, and I ended up squeaking out a win in the 4th quarter. That game alone has sold me that I will never play online unless I am playing against someone who plays sim. I used to put up with it, but after having a REAL sim experience, I will never go back.
