Paterno Family Appealing NCAA Consent Decree

The Paterno family is appealing the NCAA consent decree signed by Penn State President Erickson on July 23.
The NCAA sacked Penn State with a four-year postseason ban, reduced 40 scholarships over four years, vacated all wins from 1998-2011 and leveled a $60 million fine.
